This system is engineered for superior ride quality, control, and durability on any surface — from corrugated outback tracks to smooth highways.
The XT has led the way in independent suspension systems for over a decade, constantly refined through six generations of innovation. Its A-frame arm design, precision engineering, and adaptable configurations allow for customisation up to 4.5T ATM.
Now in its 6th generation XTFreestyle, this suspension gives you the freedom to tailor ride characteristics and performance to your needs — offering true all-terrain capability and the confidence to explore anywhere.
While the Cruisemaster XT comes standard across our full off-road range, customers also have the option to upgrade to any suspension system in the Cruisemaster lineup, depending on their towing and performance requirements.
Battery Systems
All Harvok full off-road caravans come standard with our advanced 10kWh 48V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) Battery, delivering exceptional off-grid performance and reliability.
Engineered for maximum efficiency and endurance, this system provides the equivalent of 840 amp hours of power — offering exceptional storage capacity compared to traditional 12V systems.
Built to IP67 standards, it’s fully dust-tight and water-resistant, making it ideal for rugged Australian conditions. Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) technology continuously monitors voltage, temperature, and state of charge to maximise safety and performance, while allowing for rapid charging via solar, alternator, or mains input.
With a cycle life exceeding 2,500 cycles, the Harvok 48V system provides long-term dependability and peace of mind for your adventures.
This setup comes standard on all full off-road models, with the flexibility to upgrade or expand capacity — including the option to upgrade to a 15kWh 48V Lithium Battery for even greater off-grid capability.
Solar Panel Systems
Our full off-road models come standard with a robust 960 W high-output solar panel system, designed to match the performance and energy demands of true off-grid adventures. This generous solar array helps keep your 48 V lithium battery bank topped up and frees you from relying solely on powered sites or generators.
Solar panels are a key component of self-sufficient caravan power systems — in caravanning guides it’s emphasised that the right size solar setup “lets you generate power independently, allowing you to venture into remote locations without relying on traditional power sources”.
For travellers wanting even longer stays or higher loads, there is the option to upgrade to a 1,440 W solar panel system, giving you a greater buffer for multi-day off-grid use.
Weight & Ground Clearance
Harvok’s full off-road range is built for serious adventure, featuring upgraded systems that naturally add to its overall weight. Compared to our semi off-road range, there’s a difference of around 300 kg, primarily due to the heavy-duty Cruisemaster suspension, larger 10 kWh 48 V battery, and higher-capacity 960 W solar system.
While this adds weight, it also delivers superior off-grid capability, towing stability, and long-term durability.
The full off-road range also offers 15 cm more ground clearance compared to semi off-road models, providing extra protection and capability when travelling across uneven terrain, creek crossings, or rocky tracks. This additional clearance ensures key underbody components like tanks and suspension arms stay well clear of obstacles, giving you the freedom to explore tougher routes with confidence.

Our semi off-road models feature the Trailparts Torsion Tandem Axle, designed to deliver a smooth, stable ride across highways and light off-road conditions.
Manufactured with a unique tube radius exclusive to Trailparts’ process, this suspension optimises compression for improved comfort and control. It’s ideal for versatile towing applications.
The result is a dependable suspension system that balances ride comfort with practicality, making it perfectly suited to travellers who spend most of their time on-road but want the confidence to venture off the beaten track when needed.
Battery Systems
Our semi off-road range features a 5kWh 48V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) Battery, delivering the same robust safety and efficiency in a lighter, space-saving configuration.
Providing the equivalent of 420 amp hours, it’s perfectly suited to travellers who spend most of their time on-road but still want the confidence to venture off-grid.
Like our full off-road system, it incorporates intelligent BMS protection, optimising consistent power delivery and safeguarding against over-charging, over-discharging, and temperature fluctuations.
This setup balances performance with practicality, giving you reliable power for essential appliances, lighting, and air-conditioning — without compromise.
You can also upgrade to a 10kWh or 15kWh 48V Lithium Battery for increased energy storage and extended off-grid independence.
Solar Panel Systems
The semi off-road range is equipped with a 480 W solar panel system as standard — adequate for those who travel both on-road and off-grid, but still want reliable solar support.
For those who occasionally push further or want greater independence, you can upgrade to either a 960 W or 1,440 W system, matching the full off-road range’s capability when you need it.
Weight & Ground Clearance
Our semi off-road models are designed for travellers who spend most of their time on sealed or lightly corrugated roads but still want the flexibility to head off the beaten path. They’re around 300 kg lighter than the full off-road range, thanks to their Trailparts torsion suspension, smaller 5 kWh 48 V battery, and 480 W solar setup.
This lighter configuration makes them easier to tow and more fuel-efficient, while still offering strong off-grid performance for weekend trips or moderate off-road conditions.
Ground clearance in the semi off-road range sits 15 cm lower than our full off-road models — ideal for improved aerodynamics and stability on highways, yet still capable of handling gravel roads and light off-road tracks with ease.
