Harvok has never followed the traditional approach to caravan manufacturing.
Unlike many traditional caravans that rely on multiple wall panels, timber framing, screws, rivets and sealants, every Harvok is built around our patented one-piece aluminium monocoque body.
Rather than relying on an internal frame for its strength, the body itself forms the structural shell of the caravan.
This engineering approach creates a stronger, more rigid structure with significantly fewer potential failure points, helping improve long-term durability while reducing many of the weaknesses associated with conventional caravan construction.

Built Without Gas. Designed Around 48V Electric.
Most caravans were originally designed around gas and 12V electrical systems.
Harvok took a different approach.
Our entire platform was engineered around a modern 48V all-electric architecture, allowing owners to power air conditioning, induction cooking, refrigeration and everyday appliances without relying on traditional gas systems.
Removing gas bottles, gas vents and associated maintenance creates a cleaner, simpler ownership experience while giving owners greater confidence when travelling off-grid.
